Cookie policy
The public website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. External map content is loaded only after you choose to do so yourself.
Version 21 September 2026
1. Measurement with Google Analytics 4 after consent
We measure with Google Analytics 4 how our website is used: which pages are visited, how long visitors read and whether the contact form is used. This measurement starts only after you have clicked “Agree to measurement” in the cookie notice. Refusal is also possible: if you choose “Functional only”, no statistics about your visit are collected.
We use no advertising or marketing cookies, no tracking pixels and do not build visitor profiles for advertising. Google Analytics is configured with Consent Mode v2: by default, measurement is refused and only activated after your explicit consent. We store your choice locally in your browser (localStorage), not on our server, so that the notice does not keep returning. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser data for this site; the notice will then reappear.
Google’s processing terms apply to the measurement. We have configured Google Analytics without sharing data with advertising services (no Google Signals for advertising, no ad personalisation). IP addresses are processed anonymised by Google.
2. Necessary WordPress cookies for management
The public front of the website is served statically. The shielded WordPress management environment remains available to authorised administrators. After an administrator login, WordPress may place strictly necessary authentication and security cookies. These cookies are not intended for regular website visitors and are not used for marketing.
3. OpenStreetMap only after your click
The map on the contact page is not loaded automatically. Only when you click “Load map” does your browser connect to OpenStreetMap. From that moment, OpenStreetMap may process its own technical data or cookies according to its own privacy policy in advance. You can also use the address and the route buttons without loading the map.
4. External links
Links to, for example, Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, LinkedIn, RVO or other external websites open only after you click on them. From that moment, the cookie and privacy policy of the external party concerned applies.
5. Control and changes
You can view and delete cookies via your browser. Because this website places no non-essential cookies, no cookie banner is needed for the public website. If analytical or marketing techniques are added later, this policy will be adjusted in advance and consent will be asked where the law requires it.
